Building and Maintenance
My experience started in Rhode Island and for 20 years worked for a Property Development and Rental Company building new homes and maintenance care for 150+ rentals. From this experience I learned all aspects of building from pouring concrete to framing and siding to roofing. Caring for all their rentals included repairs on plumbing or electrical issues, painting and carpentry. Managing repairs inside and outside all their properties.
Property Handy Man
In 2020 I relocated here in Pennsylvania to build relationships by providing low cost, reliable handy man services for property owners with discounts for those whom are Veterans, Elderly, Disabled or on a fixed income. I also provide discounts for owners of multi- property rentals from Move -Outs to Move -Ins.
Previous Manufacturing Business
My time in between Rhode Island and Pennsylvania.
In 2000 I moved to Florida and started my manufacuring company. During this time periord I used my knowledge of business and engineering to perform manufacturing contracts with the U.S. DOD, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, NASA, and Governements World Wide. In between those contracts I manufactured my own line of commercial products as well has props and products for various film Industry companies. My products and props you have seen is such films as Bad Boys 2, The Green Hornet, This Means War, Manhunter and Minority Report.
