My experience started in Rhode Island,  for 20 years worked for a Property Development and Rental Company building new homes and maintenance care for 150+ rentals. From this experience I learned all aspects of building from pouring concrete to framing and siding to roofing. Caring for all their rentals included repairs on plumbing and electrical issues, painting and carpentry. Managing repairs inside and outside all their properties.

In 2010 I relocated to Florida where I continued home repairs for 10 additional years before moving here to Pennsylvania to build relationships by providing low cost, reliable handy man services for property owners with discounts for those whom are Veterans, Elderly, Disabled or on a fixed income. I also provide discounts for owners of multi- property rentals from Move -Outs to Move -Ins, Turn Overs.
